HOW WE SERVE

Volunteer with Kingdom Konnex

Be the hands and feet of Jesus. Help turn statistics into hope.

Volunteers are the heart of Kingdom Konnex. By sharing your time, skills, and compassion, you help create a safe, Christ-centered ranch environment where children of the incarcerated experience healing, belonging, and God’s unconditional love.

Volunteer Opportunities

Ranch & Animal Care Volunteers

Assist with feeding, grooming, stall cleaning, fencing, and general ranch upkeep. No animal experience required—training provided.

Greenhouse & Garden Volunteers

Help build, plant, maintain, and harvest in the greenhouse while teaching children about growth, patience, and stewardship of God’s creation.

Children’s Program & Mentorship Volunteers

Serve alongside children during weekly ranch visits by offering encouragement, support, and positive role modeling through activities and chores.

Ranch Build & Construction Volunteers

Lend a hand in building and improving the Kingdom Konnex ranch. Opportunities include:

• Constructing and maintaining barns

• Helping build the greenhouse

• Assisting with the event center

• Fencing, painting, landscaping, and general labor

Skilled trades and willing hands are both welcome.

Event & Outreach Volunteers

Support rodeos, buckouts, fundraisers, and community outreach events through setup, hospitality, registration, and cleanup.

Prayer & Spiritual Support Team

Cover the ministry, children, families, staff, and volunteers in prayer.
Remote opportunity available.

Administrative & Office Support

Assist with scheduling, donor communications, volunteer coordination, grant support, and other behind-the-scenes needs.

Together, we are building more than a ranch—we are building hope.

Whether you can serve once, seasonally, or weekly, your time and talents matter.
